Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We currently ship to the following destinations:

We also ship to a selection of additional international destinations. Availability is shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, as rates vary by destination and product type. As a guide, standard shipping to the UK starts from £4.99.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO Addresses
We are unable to guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please use a standard residential or business address where possible.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
STND Luxury is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). International customers (including US and Canada) should be aware that import duties may apply.
Damages
STND Luxury is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
